Here at Cotswold Sleep Clinic, we are passionate about sleep.
The importance of a good nights rest is becoming more and more apparent and we want to work to help you improve the quality and quantity of your nights rest.
Snoring affects 30 million people in the UK and can be linked with Obstructive Sleep Apnoea, a dangerous condition increasing the risk of stokes, heart attacks, depression and even type 2 diabetes.
We aim to increase awareness of these dangers and help people stop snoring!
Our goal is to make you feel more refreshed, more alert and give you back the ability to live life to the full and potentially even save your marriage!
We can give tailored advice on diet, lifestyle and how to create good sleep hygiene habits to minimise Snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnoea. In addition we can offer referrals for more complex treatments
We can provide diagnostic at home sleep tests to determine the likelihood of Obstructive Sleep Apnoea and what level of treatment you may need.
We can provide custom fit sleep appliances to improve your breathing, preventing snoring, giving you a refreshing full nights sleep.
Our team comprises qualified dental surgeons who haver undertaken additional training in Dental Sleep Medicine.
They are passionate to provide you with the latest advice, oral snoring appliances and support to help you improve your sleep. Throughout their training they have built a network of support and can therefore offer referrals for other sleep related issues if required.
